This introductory course is designed to help women efficiently and effectively incorporate fasting into their daily lives. We focus on the specific needs of women who are experiencing the natural changes that come with each phase of life. Our goal is to help women maximize their wellness on their path to living their most authentic lives.
You get a 3 full weeks of lessons on fasting clean, feasting well, and taking care of your social and emotional needs so that you can stay on your path to wellness!
No lesson is longer than 15 minutes long and each one comes with downloadable resources and the opportunity for group discussion.

Each month will focus on different areas that seem to often hold us back in reaching our goals. As part of the daily challenges presented in the course, we will also have a book focus for the month that will support and cement the work we are doing during our daily challenges. Topics will change from month to month so you can join anytime the topic suits YOU!

"On May 26, 2017 my starting weight was 186.8, Blood Pressure was 115/75, and my A1C was 6. On July 1, 2017 I began Dy Ann's course. On August 19, 2017 I began the Alumni Course . Today, I saw my Doctor, my weight is 170, Blood Pressure was 106/78 and my A1C is 4.8. Three months and I am no longer pre-diabetic. This was my goal. "Dy Ann has presented a clear and easy to follow program to get me started on IF. Because it is geared towards aging women, she is targeting a huge portion of the population that has been struggling for years with hormone fluctuations and unmanaged weight gain.
